The Leadership Studies program has been one of the most impactful experiences of my college career. The faculty consistently supported and guided me throughout my leadership journey, fostering both intellectual and personal growth. The courses are engaging and thought-provoking, helping me become a more well-rounded student. Just as importantly, the program’s emphasis on peer engagement allowed me to form deep connections, strengthen my understanding of leadership and followership, and build friendships that will last beyond college. The Leadership Studies program has supported me academically, enriched my extracurricular involvement, and prepared me for my future endeavors. I am forever grateful I became a Leadership Studies minor.
