Our leadership program educates and prepares students using an interdisciplinary approach to study and practice leadership and followership theory.

Our vision is to contribute to a pluralistic society by preparing engaged citizens who understand the ethical implications of leadership and, in collaboration with others, create positive change.

Leadership Studies Minor
